Author's Introduction

I believe AI will change the way we build software.

Today, AI can help draft requirements, create designs, generate code, and even write test cases. The speed is remarkable. But from my experience using AI across various projects, I found that the biggest challenge is no longer about generating code faster.

The real challenge is keeping the entire team aligned on what is being built.

When requirements change, features grow, and complexity increases, prompts are no longer sufficient as a source of truth. We need clear, validated, and traceable artifacts — from user needs to implementation.

From this thinking, Chain of Truth was born.

Chain of Truth is an AI-assisted software development approach that places validated artifacts as the Source of Truth, while AI acts as a generator and accelerator at every stage of development. The goal is simple: help teams leverage AI speed without losing traceability, consistency, and control over the system being built.

This website is an open documentation of that idea. I hope Chain of Truth can become one of the alternatives for teams who want to build software with AI in a more structured, traceable, and trustworthy way.
